  1.       The doc file is huge as you've no doubt noticed.  It's also
  2.    formatted so that it can be printed to a laser or pin printer.  You'll
  3.    need to set up each printer a bit differently in order to print the
  4.    docs correctly, so follow these directions.
  5.    
  6.       The document is formatted at 60 lpp, 75 cpl @ 10 cpi.  At the end
  7.    of each page is a ^L^M  (Form Feed - Carriage Return) combination.
  8.    The C/R is present since some laser printers do not reset the current
  9.    character position after receiving a form feed character.  Most laser
  10.    printers are only capable of printing 60 lpp and since the document
  11.    is formatted to 60 lines the skip-over-perforation option in the
  12.    printer must be turned off.  Line printers usually print 66 lpp so it
  13.    must have it's skip-over-perforation option turned on.  The left margin
  14.    for both types of printers should be set to 5 so that there is room to
  15.    3-hole punch the output for placement in a binder.

  17.       Two batch files are included with this archive to handle the
  18.    details of these differences, laser.bat and line.bat.

  23.       The Laser.bat file assumes the use of an HP compatible laser
  24.    printer.  Click on the icon to execute the batch file or execute it
  25.    from the CLI directly.

  30.       The Line.bat file assumes the use of any Epson compatible pin
  31.    printer.  Click on the icon to execute the batch file or execute it
  32.    from the CLI directly.
